Expertise is committed to protecting the privacy of Users. Expertise's aim is to provide a secure environment in which to benefit from Expertise's recruitment services. General Information on all Users
Generally, Expertise collates information in relation to all Users as a group. This information may include such matters as which pages of the Site are most frequently accessed and what services are used the most. Expertise may use your IP address to assist in diagnosing problems with Expertise's server or to administer the Site. Your IP address may also be used to assist us in identifying you and collating information. Expertise uses this information in the aggregate to assist Expertise in determining what Users require thereby enabling Expertise to enhance the Site. When a User sets up their Profile or a job posting, submits their résumé, responds to an enquiry by Expertise or purchases a product or service through the Site, Expertise may require more specific information about them. This information may include, but is not limited to, such matters as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. Expertise may use that information to inform you of certain products and services that may benefit you or to contact you regarding amendments to the Site.
The Site is designed to provide access only to Users. However, Expertise cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without Expertise's consent, gain access to the Site. Information about Users, their résumés and both current and expired job postings may be retained by other Users and/or others who access the Site, in their own files or databases. Expertise IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETENTION, USE OR PRIVACY OF SUCH INFORMATION IN THESE INSTANCES, OR FOR THE USE OR PRIVACY OF SUCH INFORMATION BY ANY OF THESE PARTIES WHILE IT IS ACTIVE ON THE SITE.
The Site has procedures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of information under Expertise's control. By entering their Username and Password, Users can gain access to their job postings and amend their company information. Users must ensure that their Usernames and Passwords are kept secret.
Our database of User profiles and résumés is password protected and can only be accessed by certain staff of Expertise. This data is used for internal purposes only and is not available to any third party except with your explicit consent. Job postings are accessible by Users in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Site.
Upon receiving a résumé and other personal data from you, a Consultant from Expertise will review your information and contact you if an appropriate match with our client requirements is determined. Neither your résumé nor any other data will be disclosed to any third party without your explicit permission.
Expertise retains your CV, résumé or equivalent document on the Site. Expertise does not provide these documents to any external third parties without your prior explicit permission. Expertise IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETENTION, USE OR PRIVACY OF SUCH DOCUMENTS WHERE YOU OR Expertise (WITH YOUR PERMISSION) PROVIDE THEM TO SUCH THIRD PARTIES.
Expertise welcomes feedback from Users. Any feedback received is the property of Expertise. Expertise may use this feedback for purposes including, but not limited to, marketing and contacting Users to obtain further feedback on the Site.
At various times, Expertise uses the services of agents to perform certain functions on Expertise's behalf. Examples include, but are not limited to, website hosting, marketing and data analysis.
